    I have an issue with my BB messenger. I am trying to set it up but when I click on the icon it says "Please enter your name as you would like others to see it" When I hit "ok" it says " your name cannot be empty" I can not get it out of this. Any suggestions would be helpful.

    It wants you to type your name on that screen. If you start typing, you'll see what I mean.

    HaHa.....thank you very much. I figured it was something simple but it never dawned on me to just type the name...

    I had a similar problem with BB messenger, and it would not allow for typing text. I removed and replaced the battery and it then worked just fine.
