    I have a Sprint Phone and was using their "On Demand" service, but got a message it was moving to "Pocket Express" and would need to download the software. So I downloaded the "Pocket Express" software and the new Icon is on my phone but whenever I try to open it nothing happens. Not sure what to do, I have tried downloading it several times, but still the program will not load.

    Do I need to do something with my permission's setting?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I've used Pocket Express for so long, I've forgotten any installation issues. Did you download it from Handmark? If you didn't, you might try downloading the free trial, then subscribing.

    I did download it from Handmark, but I am using the free edition.

    You could give Sprint a call, they have always been very helpful when I've needed something like that.

    Handmark has really good tech support too, as well as a good FAQ page. I'm sure they can get you going, unless it's a Sprint problem.
