hello there i have had my black berry for about two months now and i love it. its a verizon 8130 ut i only have a few compliants but its not about the phone its about me not understanding i really want to know how to change my track ball color? and i cant sem to upgrade my flash player
any help comment bak

Only the 8100 can change trackball color except for some taking them apart and coloring the LED light inside, which I don't recommend. As for the "flash player" I'm not sure what you mean. Welcome to CB!

thank you i dont think i will take it apart lol
but i mean the thing i need to be able to watch videos and music on my browser. it says i have to upgrade but i dont know how

Oh o.k. The update you've seen mentioned it the os(operating system). Just log into Verizon and download the os update. The os version you have now can be found by going to options>about. It will be v4._.0.__. You will be updating to v4.5.0.77.
