My blackberry pearl will not turn on! someone please tell me what to do... i take the battery out and then put it back in and the light turns red for about 5 seconds, and then turns off and nothing happens. ive tried this numerous times. I even put it on the charger and the light turned green saying it was fully charged, still nothing happened. Help Please!!!
good luck, I have a similar issue, i've reinstalled the operating system about 20 times. I cant get my BB to load past the Blackberry welcome screen!! been that way since december.
