    Hi I'm a new bb user with the pearl and I have 4 email accounts set up on the BIS. Yesterday everything was working fine but today all of my emails have been going out with a read receipt. This is driving me nuts! I have went into the email accounts- options - email settings- and send read receipts is off. I looked on the BIS website and I can't find a general setting like that. Can someone please help?

    In the email accounts options email settings have you changed the settings for EACH account? They each have their own settings. You change the account at the top of that settings page.
