Just got my very first BB Pearl and sent an SMS message to a friend. The icon, once it was sent, had a tick and a little D above it. I looked it up and it said that the icon means sent PIN message. My friend just has a regular cell phone..not a BB. Did it make it or no?Help!
If you send SMS to another VZW phone, the "D" is a Delivered confirmation to show the msg was delivered to the recipients phone. You will also get the "D" for delivered PIN messages, but PIN msg can only be sent to another BlackBerry device.
