I have trouble adding people on BB Messenger.

I go to 'Add once' and then it says pending but they say it hasnt come through

they can only add me and i cant add anyone....

any help people?

Go to Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table> menu and Register Now. This will re-register you on the BIS server. Not sure if it'll fix your problem, but it's worth a shot! I've noticed if my browser is kind of sluggish, or things just aren't transferring right, doing this will usually help some. Maybe try a good ol battery pull?

For some reason when I try to add someone from my address book, it normally won't work.

However if I enter the person's pin when requesting, it goes right thru.
