I had to replace my 8130 because the trackball wasn't working properly. My last 8130 automatically prompted my laptop to open microsoft pictures and I could download what I had taken up to that point and erase it from my device. My replacement isn't doing this. Can anyone help me with this (my first problem) I would appreciate it. Second BB model but only scratched the surface.
