Hello everyone another newbie here

I just purchased my BB 8110 and I'm having issues with the picture caller ID. I have assigned pictures to my contacts but sometimes they show up but sometimes they don't when that person is calling me. I don't have the numbers in there twice I've already looked through my phone book since I saw another post regarding the same issue. It happens to various contacts not just one. TIA for any help!

How did you fix this? I had the same problem.

- Go to Options
- Security Options
- General Settings

Once you are in general settings scroll down to Content Compression and make sure it appears this way:

Content Compression: Enabled
Content Protection: Disabled I had this on enabled and that is why the names were not coming up. Once I changed it to disabled all my incoming calls have been matching up with my address book

I hope it works for you as it was VERY annoying to me. I hated not knowing who was calling me when I knew for a fact I had that caller saved correctly in my address book.
