You would have to use the Blackberry Desktop software that came with the phone and you will want to use the Synchronization menu option. Once there, you will have to configure each of the sync options to tell it to use Outlook for your addresses, calendar, and notes. Once you have that set up, you will be able to sync the phone. It will also sync for you when you plug your phone into the computer and run the desktop software automatically.
