Hi. I am new to this, so please bear with me... My Pearl 8130 was in the last step of upgrading to new os (restoring data), when I received a message about device drivers being unavailable...or something like that. My device is still connected. I have Sprint, if that helps. I downloaded updatde os to my puter and then connected my berry to the Berry Device Mgr. The Update? box came up and I hit yes.
What do I do now?
