I have spent the last day searching for answers. My pearl lost call volume completely, they cannot hear me, I cannot hear them. I have no option for speakerphone, it went away. My bluetooth will not pass voice as well. I can, however, play media ringtones songs etc..
I updated the phone, no results. I have pulled the battery many times.
