Here is what I did:

I wiped the phone with Crackmem.

Installed the latest Alltel OS. The download said 4.3 but apparently its 4.5 since the About page says 4.5

Before I wiped it, I did a backup. I went to the advance restore area and just put the address book over. I disconnected it, checked to see the contacts are back. And then re-connected and now it won't find the phone. No errors pop up. I did a soft restart, and restarted my computer... nothing.

Any ideas?

That sounds like a corrupted USB driver.

Use Windows Control Panel / Programs / Uninstall. Choose the repair option. That should correct the problem.
