    I took over a bb pearl from a previous employee and can't get all of my messages from my outlook to show up on my bb. Service provider did a hard reset on the phone, but no luck. Only certain messages get through to me. Any advice is appreciated.

    That could be anything, try the basics then call 877 654 9111 for blackberry support with sprint

    Makes sure that you set up outlook so that it leaves a copy on the server that way your BB also gets it. In outlook go to, email options,view or change, then select the account(s) and select change, select more settings, go to the advanced tab, check the box that says leave on server and then I have leave copy on server for 3 days.
    I had the same problem and called BB support and this was the fix. Good luck! Pm if you have any questions.

    I am unable to get email with attachments to my bb, I'm trying to download ringtones, and it won't even send it to my phone????? Any solutions?
