I took over a bb pearl from a previous employee and can't get all of my messages from my outlook to show up on my bb. Service provider did a hard reset on the phone, but no luck. Only certain messages get through to me. Any advice is appreciated.
Makes sure that you set up outlook so that it leaves a copy on the server that way your BB also gets it. In outlook go to, email options,view or change, then select the account(s) and select change, select more settings, go to the advanced tab, check the box that says leave on server and then I have leave copy on server for 3 days.
