    I have a T-Mobile UK Pearl 8110 , can i use the East Asian and/or multilingual OS upgrade without a problem (as long as i delete the vendor.xml file obviously)?

    Or do i have to use a UK/European one only?

    You can use anything as long as you delete the vendor file
    I'm running an Arabic one here in the UK

    IMO, multilanguage ones seem to be better packaged. just my opinion.
