So yesterday I updated my pearl to OS 4.5.131. All was going well until the icon telling me I had three unread emails wouldn't go away even though I had no new emails. Did a battery pull with no avail.
I ried following BigBadWulf's instructions but when I go to login to my email options I'm told my user name and password are incorrect. Then when I try to have my password sent to me I get the message telling me it's been sent but I don't get a text or email telling me the password has been set. Any advice?
The email doesn't contain the reset password, so you can log on? That's very strange! Try contacting Sprint, they should be able to help you over the phone, and get the log on straightened out.
