NUKE not working! Constant Reboot phase even after attempted NUKE

Stuck in the Application Loader page.. never gets past the "WAIT FOR DEVICE INITIALIZATION" part. "Application Loader was unable to connect to your device" leaving me to start the process all over again. I took out the SIM CARD and the took out the battery and put it back in when ur past the apploader thing. This is my second day trying to freakin fix this thing and im going a little nuts here. Im not very brilliant so if someone or anyone could pleeeeeease help me, tell me what it is im doing wrong in the lamest terms.. Thanks a bunch. I love my blackberry and i dont want to replace it! Someone save this poor girl from boredom and help me get my beloved phone going.
