Can anyone give me tips on how to fix the sound on my Pearl 8130. It's not associated with changing profiles and I've pulled the battery for 30 secs - still not working. Phone vibrates on that setting, but cannot hear incoming calls, ringtones, etc. Started doing this a month or so ago. Sounds came back once or twice, then disappeared.
Ive had that problem too. a battery pull would always fix mine. i read in a thread somewhere on here that that was a problem in one of the os. I dont know if you have the latest os from alltel but the link is in a sticky on the top of the page. Only took a few minutes for me to do the upgrade. hope this helps.
