    Hello everyone,

    I used to be able to sync to my outlook and BB 8120, but now it won't sync. When I press the sync button, the popup box appears, but then it doesn't do anything and closes. Nothing is getting transferred.

    I have removed Desktop MGR completely and re-installed. I have rebooted my BB. I have checked all the settings (i.e., 2-way sync). Nothing is working.

    Can anyone help, please?
