    Hey,

I recently got my pearl replaced, and my browser icon is nowhere to be seen. I tried re-registering and resetting the HRT, but to no avail. Any other help?

    Thanks.

I would normally suggest the HRT route that you have already done. Have you checked that the browser icon is just not hidden. Try pressing menu and then " show all"

    Options
    Advanced
    Host Routing Table
    Register Now

    If not, then

    Menu
    Show All

    If not, then

    Battery Pull

I had to start provisioning on my pearl. I went to their website and then to the FAQ's section. I do not remember the actual instructions but go the FAQ section. That worked for me, hopefully it will help you.

I tried all of the above methods...and still nothing. I went onto my Sprint BIS service and resent the service books, and all I got was the email setup.

    Guess I'll just call sprint.

What to do if you don’t have BlackBerry Internet Browser | BB Geeks

Also, click on the Manage Connections icon. Make sure Mobile Network is checked. Hope this helps

Thanks for the help. Well, I found that my phone does have Browser, and it does work, I just have to click "Switch Applications" then scroll to the right to access it. So it's on the phone...just not on the main menu.

    Does that change anything?

possibly you placed it in a different folder?

Jhill is correct . It has got to be hiding in one of your folders. Search all of them and once you've got in just try to move it back. Good luck.
