I updated mine the other day, just type in blackberry . com/ update and it will come up Must say tho its nothing special pretty much the same as the previous one

I downloaded the storm replica theme for my curve 8320, and it gives the look of the newer os. I know a lot of people just want the newer look, so for the older BB's, this is probably the best bet.

You won't get OS5 on any 81XX device.
Especially now, when RIM is brewing up 6.1
I would just upgrade to an OS6 capable device, or Pearl 3G!
