    I just bought a Pearl off of ebay and activated it today. I tried to set up the e-mail in the set up wizard, but there is no "create new email" option. What am I supposed to do??

    Have you tried to do a hard reset? Maybe that could help fix it.

    My pearl from ebay messed up at the beginning first too. I did that and installed a completely new OS from my svc provider and it worked!
