Hi guys, my first post and I hope someone can lead me in the right direction.
My wife has a Storm on Vodaphone which she hates (can't text properly using the touchscreen with nails!) so we're going to sell it. The 18 month Vodaphone Blackberry contract with free emails etc we'll keep. She wants to go back to an 8120 so I need to find one sim free. My question is, if I buy a new PAYG on Orange and get it unlocked, would it work with everything free as with the original phone. Can't see why not, but perhaps someone on here knows better.

Just buy it on PAYG and unlock it, once it's unlocked it should work. The only thing that may or may not be a problem for you is that if it is on Orange then the phone may be branded e.g. have the orange logo on the actual handset somewhere! But yes it should work

^ And I'm pretty sure the problem of branding can be solved with using an Otterbox case or something similar. The case should cover the branding up quite well.
