Need help with my Pearl 8110

My Pearl 8110 from AT&T,
I unlocked it two days ago,
but I also need chinese support on it.
What I did is flash a 8110EastAsia_PBr4.5.0_rel294_PL2.7.0.105_A4.5.0.17 4_Hutchison to it.
When it said something like JVM reconnecting or what, it cannot connect to the phone.
The phone screen is on black and only flashing the red light. (like the video below)
I did try to pull out the battery and put back on (from few second to up to 8-9 hrs) - not working
try to flash it again - not working

P.S. When the red light on, it will connect to the computer. When the red light off, it disconnect to the computer.

I just follow the guide to restore the phone, but it stuck on "Wait for device initialization". And I got a pop-up message said "Application Loader was unable to connect with your device. Please re-connect your device, enter the password, if required, and click Retry."
Anyone know why or know how to solve it?

P.S. When it stuck on "Wait for device initialization", the phone still keep reconnect and disconnect like in Youtube.

Finally get it done.
I think it is the device software problem.
I finally flash a AT&T Eastasia Version and it just work fine.
