I am a brand new BB8110 user.. still figuring things out. I cannot set up a personal email account. Well, I thought I set it up by using the BB internet service website, but on the phone there is still no access to it and if I click "Compose email" it says message services haven't been configured. I've tried everything I can find in user guide and online help. Don't know what else to do. By the way, if anyone replies to this, keep in mind I am not very savvy with all the technical terminology!
There is a setup wizard, but it doesn't have the option to create or add a personal/existing email account... the only options are to use a work email account or to skip email setup
