n e new software updates for pearl 8130 in the foreseeable future?

i would like to keep my pearl 8130 phone but i'm finding i have to reset more often than normal. interested in pearl 3g but not available from verizon. n e one with info to help would b greatly appreciated

I doubt it , when was the last time you had an update? I had my 8130 two years ago and quickly traded up to a Curve 8330. In the 6 months i had it there was only one update. The newest update I was was in Feb 2010 for the 8110 4.5.0.187. RIM moved on to OS5, and now OS6, and 81xx was stuck at OS4.5.
