I have it on that security clean memory thing and everything and some things are slow on it but its pretty ok otherwise i love the phone to be honest just want it to be quicker and not take 3 minutes to boot up!

All Pearls do that. Most people just leave their phones on all the time and turn the ringer profile to off while sleeping.

Not just Pearls, all BB"s take a while to boot up but really, how do you turn one off? Be sure to keep your file free memory optimized will help as well.
