Did you format the card in your phone first? Try that.
Make sure you have a common format on your tunes and it's best if the songs are DRM free.

Sound like a good idea. What is the best way to format the media card? Not sure what DRM is?

With the card in your phone options, media card format.
DRM is digital rights management, it,s basically a tag in the song file that tells the player the song hasn't been paid for to play on multiple devices. One license.
Amazon sells drm free songs online, you can rip your music or google p2p sharing since that is a taboo topic of conversation.

yeah, apple and BB are probably never going to get together and hug it out..

Go with straight mp3's. and definitely format your card, it makes sure fat32 is on it and puts your basic folders on, it'll save problems down the road as you add stuff.

Sounds good through my truck & bike stereos, but I've never tried an ipod.

Mine DID play them until last week. I can see all song and video titles on the BB but when I hit "Play" it says "Loading" forever. The songs / videos can also be viewed via the desktop manager. I can load new ones on but they don't play either.

Pictures on the same memory card are there and can be viewed with no problems.

    ???????

I have a similar problem, but only on recently loaded MP3 files. Others on the SD card can be viewed in Artists, Albums, etc and have played normally for months and continue to. As far as I can see in Windows Explorer and Media Player, all the files are in the same format (MP3), and are tagged in Artist, Album and other fields. I've tried deleting the files from the SD card and then copying them back on again, but it's made no difference. I'm baffled. Can anyone help? Thanks.
