If you have desktop manager with roxio media manager installed, you can use media manager to convert it.

1. Open and start Desktop Manager

2. Select Media Manager

3. A dual window box will open with PC files listed on the left hand side, and Device files listed on the right hand side

4. Select a file to transfer from the PC files (left side) and click the arrow to transfer the file to the Device (right side)

Rozio says no device found...is there a way to convert without having the phone connected?

No, not with Roxio. Maybe with a different program. Why don't you want to connect the phone to your computer?

Alright well try this a different way then.

First make sure you have mass storage mode turned on under media card options.

Download this program: WinFF

Use it to convert to 3gp. Then use windows explorer to transfer the 3gp video.

Did you do a complete install of desktop manager, cause it sounds like your drivers are missing. I would get connected to your pc first, it'll make everything else a whole lot easier.

I didn't read all the replies so forgive me if this has been suggested. When you first open media manager it will say no device connected until you go into the lower portion of the left hand screen and click the + sign beside the name Blackberry. This is your media card and you'll see the folders in there. Click on the one that says video so that it is hi-lighted then you can transfer the file.
