    Just transfered from 8110 to 8120 , transfered all data and aplications via Switch Device Wizard ... all good so far , but my e-mail address has been transferred but is not working , is their a way to activate it or something ?
    Not totally up to date with my blackberry knowledge so any help would be appreciated .
    PS don't know my password for the BIS so avoiding this predicament would be nice (also i'm on Vodafone UK).

    options/advanced options/host routing table/register. See if that works for you and try a battery pull.

    You can call your carrier and request BlackBerry Tech Support, when you verify who you are, they will help you with your BIS login information.

    This will get you to where you can edit your information.

    In all likelihood you need to resend your service books.
