my messenger icon has seem to disappeared. checked all hidden icons and it is still not appearing. sent test email to one of my accounts and they are indicated on separate account icons but cannot see main messenger icon. please help. thank you in advance.

the icon has changed from messages to saved messages. how do i revert it back so it shows all messages, sms and email?

Have you changed your theme recently? But you can try options/general options/sms and email inboxes. Just make it combined.

i actually got so frustrated i went back to sprint and the rep was able to get it back. he told me he just went into themes and reverted it back to theme defaults. thanks any way zerohour ... you were right about the theme change.

Yeah different themes do different things with your folders. That is why I am always switching themes, so I can test the difference.
