Hi all
I received 5 emails, highlighted them all and chose to delete from handheld and server. The messages deleted properly, but the little message icon still shows 5 emails. I tried battery pull to no avail. Any suggestions?

did you go into messages or your email icon...

they may be lurking in the messages icon...

I have looked everywhere. All folders. I tried sending so additional emails and when they arrived, I deleted them. They deleted fine and the indicator reverts back to 5.

Never mind..Thank you for the help, but I figured it out. Somehow I saved them, unread, before I deleted them. Found them in saved messages folder.

I know you have tried, and I'm just trying to help but open a message folder, Click: Menu>View Folder and look thru all of them. Who knows.
