Hi All
this is my first post on Crackberry, Just bought a new 8110 pearl and there is a really annoying problem that I can`t seem to sought. It will only ring a maximum of two rings with an incoming call and my awnser service pics up the call before I can get to it. I have tried all the settings in profiles but none seem to have worked I also tried all the ring tones but nothing makes much difference. Can you Help ? Thanks

Check with your service provider. Before I had AllTel I had to go in to my old sp and have them set it to ring longer

i agree with lynda.
im pretty sure you can only change that thru the service provider because the answering service is provided by your carrier. in other words, its not controlled by the phone.

i could be wrong however...

Thought that might be the case,when I got nowhere with the phone. I`ll give virgin a call see what they say.
