managing call waiting??
I've had the 8130 for a couple months now...
Why is it so unclear how to accept/reject a new call and/or bounce back to the original call?
When accepting the 2nd call (by pressing the green button which I assumed was how to do it because there was no prompt asking to accept or reject the new call) there is no sign of the other call on the monitor or anything saying I have a call on hold or how to get back to it.
I also have no confidence that the red button would regect the incoming call as opposed to hang up on the current call... so I have never tested it.
This the most complex high end phone I have ever had, and yet it is not intuitive for the simplest things... I am consistenly frustrated with that aspect of it.
any help would be appreciated.

Steve, when a second call comes in, click answer to talk. Then to switch back or between, hit the menu key and there you will have options.

haha that's what I do, too, just apologize in advance because no fail I always hang up on the first person.
My husband has the same Curve as me and he asked me one time and I said, "it's easy just hit the green button and then hit it again to switch back. *pfft duh dummy*" The next time I got a call waiting call I had to eat crow because I couldn't work it either lol.
