I got my wife a Pink Pearl from Verizon about three weeks ago. Yesterday the left column of keys stopped working. All of the other keys work but four keys do not register . Any ideas ???

This was an issue for someone else - battery pull might do the trick. Otherwise, I would bring it back to verizon and get a new one.

Tried the battery pull a couple of times and they still don't work. I guess I'm off to the Verizon store.
