I've just got a Pearl 8110 PLS HELP!
I've just purchased a Pearl 8110 on T-Mobile UK, I've got all the data plans required etc.
My questions are;
How do I check if I'm running the latest operating system and upgrade it if necessary? I obviously have already tried and what stopped me was when I get onto the 'Blackberry support' area of the uk t-mobile site it asks me for a email address and password... What email address and password? I figured that was for previously registered users so I then attempted to register myself, it asks me to input my telephone no and it is supposed to send me a temporary password to access the restricted support area but when I put my telephone no in it says its not recognised!
I've had my contract for 6 months already and was unhappy with my original handset hence why I purchased the berry, so any help with these few issues setting it up would be GREATLY appreciated!

I'm in the US on tmobile. When I got my BB, I went into the tmobile site changed my phone and then there was an area to get into BB support and I was able to register there without a problem. Call Tmo they should be able to walk you thru it. For TMo us the email address is whateveryouset firstname.lastname@example.org
