I just upgraded my 8130 to OS 4.5 and now i keep getting blocked by my company's web restrictions. When I try to change by browser configuration, there are no other options other than BB Browser. Any ideas?

I have an 8130 that I am running 4.5 on and I experienced the same problem with only having the Blackberry browser as an option. This is how I was able to fix it with the help of some fellow blackberry users.
I had to go into options, advanced applications, service books and delete the individual service books for Browser Config for 5 Click and Blackberry Internet Browsing Service. Then I logged into my BIS account and resent the service books and was able to get all the emulation mode options.
