Hi,
I'm in the Netherlands Antilles (Bonaire) and my phone isn't working. I've received 2 text messages from "7626". One welcoming me and telling me the dialing instructions, the second one told me to dial 001-908-559-4899 to reach customer support. Well, I can't even dial customer support. Roaming is on so I don't know what is wrong. The phone was working fine in Atlanta just before I left.
Any suggestions?
As a backup, I saw a BB Bold here. If I bought it, could I use it back home on Verizon? Thanks!
