I don't know what my problem is lately, but one thing after another is going wrong with my Blackberry and computer.

Anyway, to the problem. I received two text messages (while playing Guitar Hero, so I didn't immediately check them) and then when I replied to them a few minutes later, it won't send and says "(SMS error 2. Message ID 222) Network problems"

Any idea what happened? I have 2 bars of service and the 1x is in the corner, and the little arrows that show that information is going out and coming into the phone show up, but it won't send. Any help is appreciated.

1xev.....EVDO w/No BB Data Connection

The lower case x means you don't have a data connection. Try turning your phone off, then back on.

I know, but I can still send text messages and make calls with 1x. I don't have a good enough connection at my house to have anything except 1x for some reason. US Cellular and other services have it at my house, but the one company that I chose just so happens does not have internet service at my house. Thanks for the help, though.

I've been getting the same error message since yesterday at about noon. everything else is still working fine, even picture messaging. I'm in ct, perhaps it's an area coverage problem with verizon. anyone else getting this error messge?

My problem just went away. I went to sleep, woke up, and it worked fine from then on.

That sounds like you are trying to send to a landline phone - have you checked the numbers are input properly? I say this because I've done it accidentally from time to time!
