I'm assuming that 4.5 is the latest OS for the pearl 8120? I'm currently running 4.3

What are the advantages over 4.3?

I'm just wondering how I can upgrade. How is this done? Do I have to go online? Wondering if it's available for my T-Mobil 8120.

Silly question, but what is the Desktop manager? Is it that cd rom that came with my BB? I've never had to use it. Should I be using it for something?

Background: I ordered my phone as an upgrade over the phone. The box was mailed to my house and I called customer service and they talked me through the basic setup. They never told me to insert the disc on my comp.
