    I have device manager installed and my BB connected to the computer but it is not recognizing the BB. It says "No device connected. Please connect your device in order to view its contents". Please help!

    let me guess your using Desktop Manager 4.7 if you are you need to fix it or downgrade to 4.6.

    The Initial release of 4.7 had bugs and wouldnt recognise some Blackberrys

    I have version 4.3.0.15 which came with the phone (VZW)

    I am trying to download 4.6 but every time I get to the part when you actually download, I keep getting an error that the page doesn't exist
