    I bought my 8130 off line from the original owner and I can't get rid of his email address. I would like to setup my own but it says that "An account already exists for this blackberry device."

    Anyone know how I can get rid of his email and setup my own on here?

    If you go to the "setup" option on your phone or on BIS, you should see that email address there and can delete it. Is it not showing up?

    Need to make sure the original owner has released the PIN first, then go into your carriers BIS and make the changes.

    You can find a link to the entire BB 101 Lecture Series in my sig. I highly recommend reading through these, it is a wealth of information.

    You can google your carriers name + BIS to get the site to setup your email.
