HELP. stuck in "unavailable" mode
newbie here-
trying to change my status to available again.. it won't let me.
i even powered off my phone and i'm still stuck in "unavailable" mode

Try deleting BBM and reinstalling it.

Or do a battery pull. CS told me that if you travel through an area where you lose service you might need to do a battery pull to get the data transferring properly again. I've also turned off my radio and back on. That seems to work too.
