help with my 8120 please

Hi all, wonder if you can help? My wifeys 8120 puts up the loading hourglass everytime see does anything, like open an email, go into web browser and even bbm

Sounds like low memory. Go to options then status. What is her free file memory?

is this the same when turning on??? i just bought mne and its been on charge for about 4 hrs.... the hourglass is on each time i try to turn it on. do i need to keep in on charge for about 24 hrs first???
hope someone can help me.

Hi I checked the memory in the status menu and it said 0 bytes! So I cleared some stuff from the applications and still 0 bytes. It has a 1gig card which is still 3/4 free! Can anyone help please????

When was the last time you did a battery pull? Pull your battery out with bb on for 30 seconds then put it back in. That will clear up memory too. Once you get back some memory download QuickPull and run it daily (my pearl did this at 5 am everyday) to keep the memory from dropping to low. http://files.steelthorn.com/quickpul.../QuickPull.jad

Also make sure she is closing programs properly. BB menu ~ scroll to close/exit.
