Just wondering if anyone out there can help me...I am unable to sync my blackberry pearl 8130... I get an error that states something like unable to detect device? and my blackberry is connected to my laptop, so frustrating!!! Any help will be so appreciated

Make sure you have Desktop Manager installed, and it is looking for your device via the proper method you are connected such as USB
