    If you haven't already...press down the red phone button and the BB should boot right up.

    Then try a battery pull for about 30 secs. Put the battery back in and start it up.

    Sorry if this sounds obvious, is the battery dead?
    Another way to try to turn it on, pull the battery, reinstall, should boot up.

    Fixed! The battery was so dead that it would not turn on.
