Yikes!!! I always keep my Pearl in its trusty OEM holster, in my pocket. I just received an e-mail, took it out, and discovered the ALT key (bottom left) was loose. Maybe it got caught on the lip of the holster when I was putting it in there at some point today. It still works, but I'm afraid it's going to get worse and / or I'll lose the key entirely.

Is this fixable? Do you think this is covered by insurance?

    Help, please.

Thanks, looks like I can get a replacement keyboard for $16. Does anyone know how easy / hard it is to do this yourself?

Should go with an otterbox. Can't beat the protection.

Isn't the keyboard just a mat with bubbles? Not really sure how it could be loose.. But there are tons of guides on taking the bb apart shouldn't be too hard
