whenever a call comes in my green answer button will not work..is there any other way to answer my phone?????or anyway i can fix it?????thanks

You can always push in your trackball and it will give you an option to answer your phone.

Since you can't use the green button to answer a call, that means you can't use the green button to make a call either...
