I have a little box with 123 in front of the battery! How do I get it off?????

Did you try hitting your alt key, or a batt. pull?

Alt key should do it - you probably just set the num lock by accident.

i know this is crazy but the alt button is the one with the arrows up and down on the bottom left right? If so i have hit it numerous times and it wont come off!

glad it helped you...like chaz said though, you probably accidentlly locked the alt key...your bb might have hiccupped after that so you couldn't unlock it. anyways glad to help. have a gr8t day.
