well the other day my blackberry messenger crased completly and just today my blackberry seemed to have deleted my web browser?

i want to bring it back to factory settings but i'm not sure how to

i think it's called like hard reset or something? haha i'm not up to date with anything involving blackberrys lol

so someone help me pleaasse

The hard reset you are referring to is when you do a battery pull while the device is on. However, in your case, you may need to resend your service books.

first try a battery pull (that's what a hard reset it) and if that doesn't work, you'll have to resend your service books - that will make your browser show back up and your BBMessenger too. Good luck!!!
